Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representative

Serve French- and English-speaking donors as an Inbound Customer Service Representative working full time on site in Winnipeg. Use empathy and clear communication.

Answer Net seeks a customer service representative to process inbound calls for nonprofit and religious organization clients. You will support donors, explain services, and help acquire and retain donors through effective conversations. The position requires accurate transactions, client knowledge, confidentiality, and compliance with established standards.

• Process inbound calls effectively across designated service channels
• Deliver empathetic, professional donor experiences on every call
• Process customer transactions accurately using required applications
• Respond to emails, update addresses, and research information
• Educate customers about ways to support their causes

• Read, write, and speak French and English clearly
• One year of customer service experience
• High school diploma, GED, or related work experience
• Type 35 words per minute with strong computer skills
• Maintain confidentiality and calm communication during stressful situations
