As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will support customers and donors through phone, email, and chat interactions. The work includes explaining products, services, donations, doctrine, and services for religious organizations and charities. You will document interactions, process donor transactions, and maintain accurate client knowledge while meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound calls professionally and courteously
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Educate donors about ways to support causes
- Respond to email and chat inquiries
- Document interactions and customer feedback accurately
- Fluent Spanish and English speaking and writing skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer navigation and PC knowledge
- Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
