This Fleet Dispatcher position manages information between drivers, cartage companies, the Company, and customer requirements. You will communicate plans and routing, handle satellite and telephone contacts, and document situations requiring review. The role requires dispatch experience, customer service experience, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage driver-related satellite messages and telephone calls
Communicate information supporting Company and customer requirements
Send drivers required plans and routing information
Report and document situations for action and record keeping
Resolve daily issues for drivers and the Company
Requirements:
Dispatch experience is required for consideration
Experience providing dedicated customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain organized and timely
Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
Bring dispatch experience, customer service, and clear communication to help Bison Transport address driver needs and operational issues.
