Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager

Lead strategic customer success at Procurify through executive relationships, data-driven guidance, and expansion across a remote-first team in Canada. Manage complex customer landscapes while driving measurable outcomes and retention.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will own a strategic book of business valued at $2M+. You will guide onboarding, integrations, platform configuration, and ongoing engagement. The position emphasizes customer advocacy, escalation management, cross-functional collaboration, and growth opportunities across procurement, AP automation, and spend management.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and grow a strategic $2M+ customer book
Build executive relationships supporting advocacy, adoption, and expansion
Provide strategic guidance across onboarding and integrations
Manage customer risks, escalations, and retention strategies
Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
Requirements:
5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS
Track record managing and growing high-value business
Experience leading implementations, rollouts, and change management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to influence executives and collaborate cross-functionally
Bring strategic customer success leadership, executive influence, and expansion expertise to Procurify’s customer-focused procurement platform.
