Use AI tools daily to strengthen enterprise customer relationships, accelerate issue resolution, and guide account growth as Burq's trusted advisor.
This Customer Success Manager position owns the post-sale journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will build relationships with key decision-makers and serve as the primary customer contact. Your work includes account health, product feedback, metrics, and cross-functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as primary contact for merchant and enterprise partners
- Build relationships with customer decision-makers
- Draft summaries and QBRs with AI tools
- Analyze account health data and automate reporting
- Feed customer priorities into product and engineering roadmaps
- Three to five or more years in customer success or account management
- Experience managing complex or enterprise customer accounts
- Ability to report ARR, churn, and NPS metrics
- Excellent communication explaining complex issues clearly
- Comfort building processes amid ambiguity and change
