Orthodontist / GP with Orthodontic Focus – Locum Opportunity

docbraces Winnipeg is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Orthodontist or General Dentist with a strong orthodontic focus to provide locum coverage for select days in June.

• Provide comprehensive orthodontic care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and case management
• Deliver high‑quality clinical care with a strong focus on patient experience and outcomes
• Supervise and support clinical team members, including hygienists and assistants
• Review patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Bonding and debonding of orthodontic appliances, including brackets and aligner therapy (if applicable)
• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, infection prevention, and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding treatment plans, progress, and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure efficient and effective patient flow

• Licensed Orthodontist or General Dentist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body
• Experience in orthodontics, including fixed appliances and/or clear aligner therapy
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to high‑quality patient care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, patient‑centered environment
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
