We are expanding our team at Life Smiles Dental, with multiple locations in Winnipeg, including Sargent and Selkirk. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you'll prepare treatment rooms, assist with patient care, and manage administrative support while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Your role focuses on enhancing the patient experience and achieving professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up treatment areas and ensure cleanliness
• Assist during dental treatments while ensuring comfort
• Capture and process dental X-rays
• Perform instrument sterilization and infection control
• Update records and provide education about care
Requirements:
• Certification as a dental assistant required
• Experience in dental assisting preferred
• Knowledge of IPAC standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adhere to safety and privacy policies
