Associate Dentist – All Smiles Dental & Affinity Dental (Winnipeg, MB)
Established Patient Base | Full-Scope Dentistry | Strong Clinical Support Opportunity Overview All Smiles Dental & Affinity Dental are seeking an Associate Dentist to join two well-established, patient-focused Winnipeg practices with strong community reputations and loyal patient bases. With schedules booking 6–8 weeks in advance, excellent patient retention, and a broad scope of in-house treatment, this is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated clinician looking to grow within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Position Details

Schedule:

Monday & Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm @ Affinity Dental Tuesday & Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Fridays 8:00am - 3:00pm & Occasional Saturdays @ All Smiles Dental Mentorship Available Current Services:

Comprehensive General Dentistry Endodontics Oral  Surgery including sedation dentistry

Fixed Prosthodontics (Crown & Bridge)
Removable Prosthodontics Implant Dentistry Invisalign Ideal  Additional Experience/Interests:

Sedation dentistry

Broad-scope comprehensive care Multilingual communication skills (Russian-speaking considered an asset)

About You:

Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

Valid CPR certification
