As part of Winnipeg's largest family dental clinic, your role as an Experienced Registered Dental Assistant includes preparing for treatments, assisting during procedures, and helping maintain patient comfort. This full-time position fosters professional growth and teamwork within a modern dental environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage treatment preparation including sterilization of tools
• Assist dentists during various dental procedures
• Capture dental X-rays and digital images as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices post-treatment
• Support office administration and scheduling tasks
Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Dental Assistant with certification
• Experience in dental assisting strongly preferred
• Knowledge of infection control protocols
• Ability to create strong relationships with patients
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning
