Position: Dentist Opening in Primary Health Clinic
Mount Carmel Clinic seeks a Dentist dedicated to community health and equitable service. Provide oral assessments and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
As a Dentist, you will work under the direction of the Program Manager in Primary Health. The ideal candidate will have a licensed status with Manitoba’s Dental Association and experience in treating diverse patient populations. Your ability to communicate effectively and respectfully will enhance care delivery in our multi-location clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver oral health assessments and create treatment plans for patients

• Administer basic dental interventions aligned with established guidelines

• Work alongside dental practitioners in a supportive environment

• Utilize electronic systems for clinical documentation

• Communicate treatment options clearly and compassionately
Requirements:

• Valid license from Manitoba Dental Association

• Minimum of two years in community care settings

• Basic Rescuer Level CPR certification

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Experience with diverse clientele and understanding Indigenous issues
