Chancellor Dental Centre is seeking a dedicated Sterilization Technician to maintain meticulous cleaning and sterilization protocols. This role requires adherence to IPAC standards, operation of sterilization equipment, and ensuring an organized reprocessing area. You will collaborate closely with dentists and hygienists to promote an efficient patient flow and a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sterilize dental instruments to meet compliance standards

• Operate and monitor sterilization equipment effectively

• Maintain documentation for compliance and audits

• Ensure a safe and organized reprocessing environment

• Report equipment or sterilization issues as they arise

Requirements:

• Previous clinical sterilization experience is an asset

• Completion of Dental Assisting or MDRT Programs preferred

• Understanding of IPAC protocols

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
