Rady Faculty Equity, Access Specialist

As part of the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, you will serve as an Equity, Access & Participation Specialist. This permanent position requires a minimum of four years of experience in related fields and a degree in Social Justice, Community Development, or a similar area. You will develop and evaluate policies, programs, and educational resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead regular reviews of equity frameworks and policies

• Develop culturally appropriate training and workshops

• Manage detailed project work plans and budgets

• Foster stakeholder relationships for effective engagement

• Analyze and report on equity metrics and outcomes

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline

• Minimum of four years of administrative experience

• Solid understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion dynamics

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with data analysis and program evaluation
