Your primary responsibilities include greeting patients, optimizing appointment schedules, and managing detailed patient records. Familiarity with dental software systems will be advantageous as you assist in providing top-notch patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a warm welcome

• Optimize appointment schedules to minimize gaps

• Manage patient calls regarding appointments and inquiries

• Process and file referral letters and patient correspondence

• Maintain and update the patient database effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience

• Clinical background in dentistry is an asset

• Proficiency with dental software programs preferred

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

• Strong communication and organizational skills
