• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

• Fabricate orthodontic models using digital scans, 3D printing and traditional laboratory techniques.
• Fabricate orthodontic appliances, retainers and other laboratory products as prescribed by the orthodontist.

• Disinfect impressions, sterilize trays, polish and oil instruments, and manage weekly and monthly maintenance of ultrasonic solutions, rag wheels, and plaster traps.
• Handle appliance repairs, duplicate models for transfers, prepare lab cases for external labs, and ensure all materials are ready for clinical use.
• Track appliance fabrication, submit supply orders, and maintain organized records to support smooth lab operations.
• Work closely with clinical staff, attend team meetings, and contribute to a positive, respectful, and efficient work environment.

• Dental/Orthodontic lab experience (preferred - but not required - we will train the right individual).
• 3D printing experience (preferred).
• You enjoy organization and planning.
• Creative with outstanding hand-eye coordination.
• Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
