This ongoing part-time position requires a minimum of one year of experience in a dental office and completion of a recognized Phase II Dental Assisting course. Proficiency in patient management software and experience with billing procedures are essential. You will assist with various dental tasks and ensure a comfortable environment for patients while maintaining high standards in care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dental assisting services to dentists and dental students

• Prepare and sterilize instruments for procedures

• Maintain patient records and charts accurately

• Liaise with patients, ensuring consent forms are completed

• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment

Requirements:

• Completion of Phase II Dental Assisting course

• One year of dental office experience

• Registration with the Manitoba Dental Association

• Experience with insurance billing forms

• Ability to work in diverse clinic environments
