• Support projects from construction administration to completion
• Conduct regular on-site reviews and documentation
• Oversee RFIs and contract administration processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team success

• 8+ years of experience in architecture
• Strong background in construction administration
• Proven work on multifamily mid‑rise wood frame projects
• Familiarity with BCBC and construction detailing
• Proficient in Revit and documentation workflows
