Drive creative architecture with Perkins & Will as an Architect II. This role focuses on creating compelling public spaces while fostering solid community bonds through sustainable design.

As Architect II, you will engage in various aspects of the building design process, from initial sketches to detailed construction documents. You’ll employ creative skills to produce presentations that resonate with clients and adhere to high standards of affordability and sustainability. Your ability to work collaboratively will be key to your success.

• Generate schematic design drafts and client presentations
• Create detailed construction documents and technical materials
• Undertake site analyses and conduct area calculations
• Follow Perkins & Will’s Project Delivery Manual
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through self-check processes

• Qualified architecture degree required
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in Revit
• Familiarity with contract administration and construction materials
• Advanced graphic design and 3D skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
