As an Architect II, you will create compelling schematic designs, detailed construction documents, and impactful client presentations. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate schematic design drafts and engaging presentations

• Develop detailed construction documents and technical resources

• Conduct comprehensive site analyses and area calculations

• Adhere to Perkins & Will’s Project Delivery Manual

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through self-checks

Requirements:

• Requires a qualified architecture degree

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, 2 years in Revit

• Familiarity with contract administration and construction materials

• Advanced graphic design and 3D visualization skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
