You'll lead design teams through all phases, ensuring projects adhere to quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines. Initiate comprehensive coordination between stakeholders, providing design direction to achieve impactful infrastructure outcomes.

• Lead and guide design teams through pre-design and construction
• Support compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
• Manage projects through all key phases, ensuring adherence to scope
• Supervise external consultant teams and stakeholder engagements
• Oversee contract drafting and construction administration

• Valid Professional Architect license with NSAA
• At least 8 years of architectural experience
• Proven track record with large-scale public projects
• Familiarity with building specifications and budgeting
• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
