Advance your career with OAK + FORT as a Technical Developer focusing on bottoms production. Your knowledge of tailored constructions is essential to achieving superior design and fit standards.
In this mid-level role, you will work closely with the Design and Production teams to ensure that all bottoms align with OAK + FORT's brand aesthetics and functionality. Qualified candidates will have over three years of technical development experience or pattern making, managing product specifications, solving fit issues, and leading the approval process from prototype to mass production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop fit specifications for seasonal collections
• Collaborate with factories during style development
• Review samples for compliance with OAK + FORT standards
• Train and mentor junior technical team members
• Maintain deadlines while ensuring fit quality
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Technical Development focusing on bottoms
• Experience in tailored constructions, denim preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
