Position: Architectural Technologist - Senior Level Role
Join Claroscuro Architecture Inc. as a Senior Architectural Technologist, focusing on multi-family residential and select commercial projects. This role requires expertise in technical documentation and construction administration.

This position blends drawing production with consultant coordination and active construction-phase support. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in preparing permit and technical documents, reviewing contract specifications, and managing communication with multiple stakeholders. You will also play a vital role in quality control and mentorship within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural working drawings and construction details

• Support production of permit documentation and tender packages

• Review shop drawings and technical submittals for design intent

• Perform regular site reviews and report on project progress

• Manage contract administration documentation and communications

Requirements:

• 7+ years in architectural technology with construction documentation experience

• Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent

• Strong working knowledge of building assemblies and construction methods

• Proficient in Revit and MS Office for document management

• Must have valid Alberta license and ability to travel
