Elevate your career as an Experienced Tool Designer, crafting innovative designs that support MCI's manufacturing processes. Use your skills in Solid Works to deliver high-quality solutions.
We are seeking an Engineering Technologist or Technician with 3 to 5 years in a manufacturing setting.
Your role will include preparing and reviewing tool designs, ensuring functionality, quality, and compliance with standards. Collaboration with project stakeholders will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and prepare tool design concepts
• Facilitate tool design reviews with stakeholders
• Visit MCI and NFI for on-site tooling support
• Create fabrication drawings using Solid Works software
• Maintain documentation of tool drawings and revisions
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in Solid Works and similar design applications
• Familiarity with machining and fabrication processes
• Experience with drafting and blueprint reading
Utilize your expertise in tooling design and manufacturing to contribute to MCI's innovative projects.
