We’re looking to welcome a Product & Visual Designer to our team – a multidisciplinary creative who can design products, enhance customer experience, and elevate brand aesthetics across every touchpoint. Someone hungry for growth, ownership, and real impact.

Role Overview
As the  Product & Visual Designer , you will:

In‑house design of homeware products  and  packaging .

Collaborate with and direct our Milan‑based design partner , providing clear directions, feedback, and creative standards.

UI/UX design  for our website – aesthetic, high‑converting, and user‑centered.

Support graphic design execution  and provide creative direction to our graphic designer to create high‑converting and aesthetic statics for our ads.

Improve overall brand aesthetic quality across digital, packaging, and social experiences.

Bring new ideas, conduct visual benchmarking, and help push our design standards forward.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in  product design (consumer products), UI/UX (conversion, experience and aesthetic focused), brand/visual design

Strong aesthetic eye

Proficiency in 3D design software for product designs, graphic design software, Figma / Adobe etc.

Excellent communication & creative problem‑solving

Hunger for growth and desire to shape something global
