  • Minimum 3-5 years of Canadian experience in an architectural practice
  • Legally able to work in Canada [permanent resident or existing work visa]
  • Ability to produce construction document sets either independently or under senior supervision with working knowledge of technical detailing, building codes and zoning by-laws is an essential qualification
  • Proficiency in CAD (Vectorworks an asset), Photoshop, InDesign, Pages, Numbers, and basic 3D modelling (Sketch‑Up & Rhino an asset)
  • Strong design and technical skills with a robust ability to clearly communicate concepts through drawings and diagrams
  • Solid organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and graphic
  • Team‑oriented, proactive, adaptable, and eager to make things happen
  • Interest in design culture and the broader purpose of architecture
  • Ability to self‑edit and embrace constructive feedback
  • Assets: demonstrated experience with project management & team coordination (both internal & external)
What We Offer
  • A design‑driven studio with exciting, diverse projects
  • A collaborative, supportive, and friendly team environment
  • Career development through mentorship, training, and growth opportunities
  • Competitive compensation, reviewed annually
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits
