Your experience of 3-5 years paired with proficiency in Revit will facilitate the creation of detailed documentation and effective collaboration with various project disciplines. Strong communication and organization skills are essential for managing multiple priorities in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed construction documents from conceptual designs

• Ensure compliance by reviewing specifications and codes

• Assist in the creation of supplementary design documentation

• Uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

• Coordinate drawings with Senior Technologists

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent

• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience

• Advanced skills in Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD is beneficial

• Deep knowledge of building standards and regulations

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
