Be part of the innovative team at Loewen Windows as a Drafting Technician, creating exceptional CAD drawings for high-end window and door solutions. Your AutoCAD proficiency will drive the production of detailed templates.

In this 18-month term role within the Drafting and Design Solutions team, you will engage collaboratively across departments to tailor designs to client needs. You will support manufacturing while ensuring the highest quality in details and production accuracy. Strong communication and detail orientation are key in this engaging position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create complex drawings following established guidelines

• Produce templates to aid manufacturing efficiency

• Monitor project queues and assist colleagues

• Train and support junior drafting technicians

• Engage in process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong grasp of detailing practices and standards

• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

• Ability to work independently and efficiently
