As a BIM Modeler II, you will join a dynamic production team to deliver accurate modeling and documentation while leading specific project scopes. This role involves collaborating with the Lead Modeler and supervising the development of Revit Families tailored to both project needs and updated standards. Expect to uphold high standards in laying out field details in Revit, ensuring compliance with REI standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform all BIM Modeler I tasks effectively
• Develop Revit Families for project specifications
• Document and model project deliverables efficiently
• Lead modeling efforts for assigned scopes
• Maintain Revit views and templates following standards
Requirements:
• High school diploma; associate degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical drafting
• Proficient in Revit and other industry software
• Ability to read 2D plans and schedules
• Strong self-management and communication skills
