Shape user experiences for financial products at Early Warning! As a Senior UX Designer, you'll lead design initiatives for Zelle® and Certos™, fostering collaboration across teams in a hybrid work model.
In this hands-on role, you will own design processes from concept to production. Your expertise in UX design and understanding of the complex financial ecosystem will help create impactful, user-friendly interfaces. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and partners to deliver clear and trustworthy designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design user experiences for Zelle® and Certos™ products
• Translate complex payment concepts into simple interactions
• Build wireframes, mockups, and prototypes from concept to delivery
• Contribute to UX guidelines for financial institutions
• Conduct user research and apply findings to design solutions
Requirements:
• 5+ years of UX/product design experience
• Knowledge of payments, fintech, or banking ecosystems
• Strong visual design skills in typography and layout
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Clear communication with design and non-design partners
