Position: Concrete Draftsperson for FWS

This impactful role involves collaborating closely with the sales team, design engineers, and project managers to produce precise working plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams for accurate drawings

• Produce detailed 2D and 3D site plans and layouts

• Prepare and verify BOM for precision in rebar

• Make revisions during design and construction phases

• Follow FWS drawing standards for quality and compliance

Requirements:

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and RebarCAD

• Strong aptitude for 3D visualization and layout

• Knowledge of building codes and permit applications

• Effective team player with minimal travel

• Additional skills in Excel and Word are valued
