Architectural Project Leader in BC

This role is tailored for architects with at least five years of experience who are ready to relocate from Prairie Canada. You will manage a portfolio of diverse projects while overseeing their progression from planning to completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct projects from design through construction phases

• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

• Coordinate effective communication with consultant teams

• Prepare and review necessary construction documentation

• Provide technical leadership across project phases

Requirements:

• Registered Architect preferred, eligible for AIBC

• Minimum of 5 years in delivering architectural projects

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential

• Knowledge of Canadian building codes crucial

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
