About the Firm

Our client is a well established architectural practice with multiple offices across British Columbia. Known for its collaborative culture and long standing client relationships, the firm delivers a diverse range of projects throughout the province, serving both public and private sector clients.

One of their growing Interior BC offices continues to experience a strong and consistent workload, supported by a healthy pipeline of projects and an established presence within the region. As the office expands, they are looking to add an experienced Registered Architect who is excited to take on greater project leadership while contributing to the continued growth of the team.

Why Consider Relocating from Manitoba?

If you're currently living and working in Manitoba, this is an opportunity to continue building your career in Western Canada while experiencing a completely different lifestyle in British Columbia's Interior.

For architects based in Winnipeg, Brandon, or elsewhere across Manitoba, a move to Interior BC can offer the best of both worlds: the welcoming communities and manageable pace of life you're accustomed to, combined with mountains, lakes, four season recreation, and a growing architectural market.

Many architects reach a point in their careers where they are looking for more than simply their next project. They want greater ownership, stronger client relationships, increased responsibility, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the communities they help shape.

This opportunity offers exactly that.

You'll work on a diverse portfolio of commercial, institutional, civic, educational, community, multifamily, and mixed use projects while leading projects from early planning through construction. Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior leadership, you'll have the opportunity to influence projects from concept through completion while continuing to grow as a project leader.

Relocating to British Columbia's Interior also offers a significant lifestyle change without having to leave Western Canada. Enjoy easy access to lakes and mountains, world class skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golf, wineries, and countless outdoor activities, along with smaller communities where getting outside after work is actually realistic.

For someone who enjoys the lifestyle and sense of community Manitoba offers but is ready for a change of scenery, Interior BC can be a natural next step.

Whether you're looking for greater project responsibility, a new professional challenge, or simply a new chapter personally and professionally, this role offers the chance to build a rewarding long term career while enjoying exceptional work life balance.
