You will collaborate closely with senior architects on diverse assignments, focusing on both schematic and code-compliant designs. This role is particularly suited for newly registered architects eager to learn and develop skills in a practical environment without the immediate pressure of sealing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in schematic design and architectural development
• Assemble detailed construction drawing packages
• Conduct code reviews and manage construction inquiries
• Contribute to client presentations and design direction
• Assist during construction administration processes
Requirements:
• Registration as an architect in Canada
• Solid understanding of building science
• Experience with construction drawing preparations
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software
• Interest in working on residential and small commercial projects
