This role allows you to work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary health teams while providing consultative and direct patient care services. You will also lead video-assisted care initiatives and mentor other healthcare professionals, emphasizing a commitment to policy development within the CAF Health Services. Your expertise will support a robust system of care for CAF members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consultative services to CAF members
• Conduct remote video consultations for patient follow-ups
• Provide mentorship to military healthcare providers
• Support health policy development within CAF
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams in patient management
Requirements:
• Medical qualifications with unrestricted practice in Canada
• Membership in the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons
• Completion of required Basic Military Training
• Familiarity with military healthcare systems
• Passion for continued education and mentoring
