Join a team of 66 faculty members in the Department of Internal Medicine. This role encompasses diverse clinical responsibilities across teaching hospitals, addressing a wide range of diseases from common to complex conditions. Ideal candidates will possess advanced training in POCUS or niche specialties and demonstrate strong teamwork to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide inpatient and outpatient care in Internal Medicine
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in clinical settings
• Deliver patient-centered treatments and support
• Participate in hospital clinical services and outpatient clinics
• Offer expertise in specialty areas like Hypertension or Thrombosis
Requirements:
• Eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
• Certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
• Advanced training in POCUS or other clinical niches preferred
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion principles
• Residency experience in General Internal Medicine
