Position: Mathematics Instructional Coach - Area 3 Office
Be a catalyst for student success as a Mathematics Instructional Coach at the Area 3 Office in Winnipeg, MB. Collaborate with school staff to enhance mathematics education across the division.

The coach will report to the Area Superintendent and support school staff by implementing effective mathematics curricula. This role requires a Bachelor of Education Degree, a valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate, and a minimum of five years of experience in the mathematics classroom. Effective interpersonal and facilitation skills will be crucial in promoting professional learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in advanced mathematics curriculum implementation

• Develop leadership in instructional strategies

• Assist with designing and leading professional learning sessions

• Promote collaboration among administrators and teachers

• Incorporate Indigenous perspectives into mathematics programming

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education Degree and valid teaching certificate

• Minimum of five years of classroom experience focused on mathematics

• Proven mathematics implementation skills

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Valid Manitoba Driver's License for travel across Area 3
