Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor educators within classroom settings during practice

• Support new early childhood educators and caregivers

• Model responsive and relationship-based practices

• Guide educators in observations and reflections

• Foster collaborative and cultural integration in programming

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Educator (III) qualification

• Demonstrated experience in mentoring others

• Strong grasp of Indigenous cultural pedagogy

• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities

• Commitment to reflective learning and growth
