The Department of Pharmacology & Therapeutics invites applications for a full-time probationary appointment starting September 1, 2026. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in pharmacology or a related field, along with substantial postsecondary teaching expertise. You will focus on teaching, assessment, and curriculum design across diverse RFHS colleges while fostering educational outreach and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in pharmacology
• Design and coordinate curriculum for interdisciplinary courses
• Innovate pedagogical practices through evidence-based methods
• Develop professional service portfolio with community involvement
• Conduct assessments and maintain program quality control
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in pharmacology or related discipline
• Significant experience in postsecondary teaching
• Commitment to pedagogical development and anti-racism
• Record of educational outreach and community service
• Preferred PhD or equivalent terminal degree
