The Department of French, Spanish, and Italian is seeking a Teaching Assistant for the SPAN 1272 B02 course. As a Teaching Assistant, you will prepare instructional materials and assist in marking student assignments and exams. This role also involves providing student consultations and attending course meetings to ensure effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend orientation and course coordination meetings

• Prepare handouts, assignments, and tests for students

• Mark student work and assist with exams

• Maintain consultation hours for student support

• Participate in the development of instructional audiovisual materials

Requirements:

• Completion of relevant academic studies

• Empathetic approach towards students' needs

• Proficient English language skills

• Registration as a student in the Department preferred

• Experience in teaching or instructional roles
