This position demands a minimum of four years of recent nursing experience in pediatric care, alongside demonstrated skills in harm reduction and trauma-informed approaches. The preferred candidate will have experience in education and program evaluation, targeting effective mental health assessments for youth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver educational programs on child health
• Conduct evaluations for health education programs
• Implement trauma-informed care strategies
• Collaborate with nursing staff to enhance patient care
• Support mental health initiatives and assessments
Requirements:
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing
• Minimum four years of relevant nursing experience
• Registered or eligible with the College of Nurses of Manitoba
• Training in CPR as per employer policy
• Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred
