Part-Time Vocal and Piano Instructors

Join Groove Academy as a part-time Vocal and Piano Instructor teaching in-studio and online lessons. Engage students with personalized lesson plans and prepare them for performances.

Groove Academy seeks dedicated instructors for a variety of instruments, including vocals and piano. You will teach one-on-one lessons, typically scheduled in half-hour increments starting in the late afternoon and evenings, plus Saturdays. Instructors are expected to craft weekly lesson plans that challenge students while avoiding overwhelm. Commitment to a minimum of one year is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach vocal and piano lessons to individual students

• Create tailored weekly lesson plans for each student

• Facilitate both individual and potential group lessons

• Prepare students for Groove Academy performances

• Maintain an organized lesson schedule and environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years teaching experience preferred

• Must be located in Winnipeg

• Ability to commit for at least one year

• Strong skills in vocal and piano instruction

• Experienced in creating effective lesson plans
