As a Program Manager, you will oversee the Personal Support Worker to Practical Nursing program. Collaborating closely with the Dean and faculty, you will utilize your nursing expertise to innovate and support student learning. Your leadership will enhance partnerships with community and industry, ensuring program success and improved student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily management of the PSW to PN program
• Attend advisory meetings and support orientation activities
• Coordinate admissions, registration, and student support
• Prepare reports on student performance trends
• Maintain program materials and develop partnerships
Requirements:
• BScN with Nursing specialization
• Registered Nurse designation required
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience
• Experience with program operations and advisement
• Proven critical thinking and decision-making abilities
