We are looking for a dedicated Director and Montessori Teacher to energize our educational environment. This full-time role revolves around classroom leadership, individualized learning, and collaboration with caregivers and staff. You will implement Montessori principles, guide children’s development, and engage with parents to enhance student experiences, ensuring parental partnerships thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement a creative Montessori curriculum

• Foster a positive and inclusive class atmosphere

• Observe and assess children’s individual progress

• Communicate regularly with parents about developments

• Oversee staffing and ensure quality operations

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Educator certification ECE III

• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications

• Clear criminal record and child abuse check

• Montessori teaching credential preferred

• Prior experience as a Montessori Teacher preferred
