Part-Time English and Math Tutor

Oxford Learning is seeking part-time tutors to start in July. You will work with students from Kindergarten to Grade 9 in a structured setting with pre-planned lessons. Essential responsibilities include nurturing self-confidence, crafting progress reports, and maintaining communication with families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate up to three students in English, French, and Math

• Utilize established teaching methods during tutoring sessions

• Deliver monthly progress reports on student performance

• Maintain daily updates with students’ families

• Foster a welcoming atmosphere and skilled teaching demeanor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field

• Previous teaching or tutoring experience in early education

• Strong proficiency in English communication

• Ability to manage multiple learners effectively

• Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory for employment
