This role supports the coordination of multi-phase training plans, ensuring they align with business priorities and industry trends. You will maintain training content, develop relationships with Subject Matter Experts, and assess overall trainee performance. Your ability to balance competing priorities will be essential in this collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate multi-phase training plans and progress tracking
• Maintain and manage Dealer Training Program content
• Develop a network of Subject Matter Experts
• Analyze performance gaps and adjust training accordingly
• Coach trainees on program performance
Requirements:
• Canadian Tire retail experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
• Exceptional communication skills for effective training
• Self-starter who works autonomously
