In this role, you will design impactful training sessions tailored for Manitoba Hydro's diverse workforce. Your responsibilities will include facilitating group workshops, mentoring leaders, and conducting thorough needs analyses to optimize developmental programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver both virtual and in-person training sessions
• Facilitate workshops that promote leadership skills
• Conduct annual learning needs assessments
• Review training effectiveness and implement improvements
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and subject matter experts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with HR involvement for three years
• Significant experience in leading learning sessions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with adult education methodologies
• Additional qualifications in HR or education an advantage
