As a Child & Youth Worker, you will engage with young individuals to enhance their well-being and personal growth. While prior experience is a bonus, it is not mandatory. This position requires a secondary school graduation certificate and valid residency status in Canada. Note that physical presence is necessary, as remote work is not permitted.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support youth through mentorship and structured programs
• Enhance well-being and personal growth of participants
• Ensure safety and provide a nurturing environment
• Record and evaluate youth progress regularly
• Collaborate with team to maintain effective programs
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school education necessary
• Experience with child and youth programs is advantageous
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• In-office work is mandatory, no remote options
• Residency status in Canada must be valid
