Position: Norwest Summer Assistant for Kids
Join NORWEST this summer as a Program Assistant dedicated to supporting early childhood development. Work 15 hours weekly in an uplifting atmosphere focused on young families.

Starting July 6, 2026, for an 8-week term, you will assist with program operations in vibrant early years programs. The role includes engaging with infants, helping with program setup, and maintaining a clean environment. Your friendly and enthusiastic approach will enhance family experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparations and cleanup for each program

• Facilitate family engagement during planned activities

• Help with light food preparation and sanitation tasks

• Adhere to organization policies and confidentiality standards

• Promote respectful, inclusive interactions with participants

Requirements:

• High school diploma or current enrollment in education

• Friendly and energetic personality

• Motivated to work with infants and families

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Pass required background checks
