The ideal candidate will focus on middle and senior school, providing specialized psychological services, developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and consulting with parents and educators. • Support and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students
• Consult with parents, students, and staff on mental health concerns
• Interpret assessments and provide actionable recommendations
• Contribute to policies for mental health programming
• Participate in crisis response protocols as necessary

• Doctoral degree in School Psychology or Psychology
• Registration with Psychological Association of Manitoba
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to conduct assessments for K-12
• Solid leadership and communication skills
