Empower students as a Tutor and High School Teacher at Maple Leaf Collegiate. This dual role merges personalized instruction with essential academic operations support.
At Maple Leaf Collegiate, we’re looking for dedicated educators eager to shape student experiences. This role combines 1-on-1 tutoring and small-group teaching with valuable admin support. You will work with the School Principal to enhance academic outcomes and maintain smooth school operations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individualized and small-group tutorial lessons
- Develop engaging methodologies to spark student interest
- Assess progress and provide meaningful feedback to learners
- Review individual student performance to meet academic goals
- Contribute to the development of online course materials
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in education
- Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience
- High computer literacy with remote teaching tools
- Flexibility to work diverse weekday schedules
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is a plus
