This permanent, full-time role requires two years of related experience and knowledge of student support services. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with registration advising and course selection

• Process registration overrides and program changes using Aurora

• Provide information about the Faculty of Science degree programs

• Liaise with faculty and the Registrar’s Office on student matters

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and advising notes

Requirements:

• University degree or significant progress towards completion

• Two years of advising experience in a university context

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite/365

• Knowledge of Aurora, INB, and student systems

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
